We use Uber Conference at church so that sick people or the elderly can call in to listen to the services. We do not always have a cell phone at church with the Uber app on it. It would make it easier for us if there was an account setting that everyone except to organizer would be automatically muted. Or if the organizer could dial in a code via touch tone phone to automatically mute all callers. Thanks for your consideration. Otherwise we really like the call quality and the other features. -Alvin

Kate Walsh Official comment Good news! We already have that feature!
Learn more about that here: http://help.uberconference.com/hc/en-us/articles/213076803-Mute-Participants

Alvin Burkhart I was aware of that feature being available in the app on iOS or Android. But, you did not answer my question... I was asking for a touch tone code for the organizer to automatically mute all participants. You have a touch tone code already for listeners to "unmute" themselves. But I need a code to punch in to "mute" every listener. Or you could make it a switch in the account setup that every listener gets muted automatically as they dial in. Does that make sense? Please contact me if you need more info. Thanks, Alvin.

Kate Walsh Ah, apologies. My best suggestion would be to navigate to Settings>Joining and select Place callers on hold until I join.
You then would need to start your conference from the mobile app, where (once you join) you can select Mute All.
Let me know if that helps!
