Could functionality be added to allow for scheduling of conference calls?
Something that has the ease of use as calendly.com for scheduling would be great.

Skip Shean +1 on this, with a wrinkle. Calendly, ScheduleOnce and others are great alternatives for scheduling.
I would rather see this implemented as an integration instead of you trying to build another company's feature set.
Letting me automatically provision a conference call for a calendly-scheduled event (that would be unique in case there is another one scheduled right behind it so they don't overlap) would be great.
