Organizers can record a call one of two ways: through the web or over the phone. Keep in mind that call recordings only record your conference audio and not your screen share. Also, please note, a call recording is not saved unless there are at least two participants joined with their audio. 

Record a Call via Web

To record a call over the web:

  • Organizer joins active call
  • Organizer waits for first Participant to join call
  • Organizer selects Record from bottom menu
  • Automated message alerts Participants call is being recorded

The Organizer can end the recording either by clicking back on Record or by simply ending the conference.

Record a Call via Phone

To record a call over a phone:

  • Organizer joins active call
  • Organizer waits for first Participant to join call
  • Organizer presses 00 to start recording
  • Automated message alerts Participants call is being recorded

The Organizer can end the recording either by pressing 00 or simply by ending the conference.
