Sprint Reseller Customers
For Sprint Reseller customers, the majority of the administrative work is done in the Sprint Reseller Portal, including billing and purchasing more accounts.
Individual Account Administration
This does not apply to every Reseller account, some Resellers have their own administrative portal where administrators can manage UberConference users and accounts.
Under the header Active Accounts you might not be able to take actions for each account.
Access your Reseller's Admin portal to be able to take actions such as upgrading, downgrading and removing accounts.
