Before following the steps below, make sure that you've checked your computer's audio settings to verify you've got a working mic connected to your computer.
Getting that "we can't hear from your mic" error when using UberConference via Chrome?
Try this workaround to get resolve your mic issues:
- Check that you're running the latest version of Chrome
- Navigate to Chrome settings >Show Advanced Settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Microphone
- Check to see if https://www.uberconference.com:443 is added as an exception
- Click the trash can icon to remove it
After the permission has been removed, run a test call. You should be prompted on the top left to give access to your mic. Click Allow.
