How It Works
For Business accounts, opting to dial-out to Participants means UberConference will dial your Participants at the beginning of your conference, allowing them to join by answering the call and pressing 1.
And the best part is, if they miss the call, they’ll still receive an email and text invite.
There are two ways to auto-dial Participants: either through a scheduled conference or during an active conference. Let’s take a closer look at each.
Schedule a Conference
To auto-dial Participants when scheduling a conference:
- Add your Participants
- Hover over their name to reveal their contact options
- Check the phone # you want UberConference to dial (required)
- Check Have UberConference Dial Out
UberConference Tip: Auto-Dial does not dial-out to extensions. Only direct 10 digit numbers.
Active Conference
To auto-dial Participants during an active conference:
- Click Invite Others within your conference dashboard
- Add your Participants
- Hover over their name to reveal their contact options
- Check the phone # you want UberConference to dial (required)
- Check Have UberConference Dial Out
